What happens during import

File is parsed — each row becomes one equipment item with model #, tonnage, and price extracted automatically.

Vendor website is fetched — specs (SEER, refrigerant, sound level, warranty) and product images are pulled per model family.

Equipment records are created in your database with full metadata, queued for ServiceTitan sync on the next M/W/F run.
